The pool area is enjoyable and well-kept. The front desk staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed during check-in.

The hotel is in a great location near Lookout Mountain and attractions. The front desk staff could be friendlier, as I experienced some rudeness during check-in.

I appreciated the comfortable beds and the hotel's prime location right off the interstate, making it easy to explore Chattanooga. The breakfast, while basic, was satisfactory. the cleanliness of the rooms and noise levels from nearby guests and traffic could use some improvement.

Honestly, the mattresses were completely unbearable—like sleeping on the floor. I ended up crashing in a chair for three nights. They really need to invest in some decent mattress toppers to make it even remotely comfortable to stay.

Rooms are clean and spacious; great for working evenings. Super close to restaurants and shops for quick meals.
Not the cheapest option out there, but acceptable in the end.

My room was spacious and updated with a super comfy bed! The outdoor swimming pool was such a relaxing spot to unwind. The front desk staff were efficient but still very friendly—shoutout to those lovely ladies!
can't recommend highly enough 😊❤️

The view from the property is absolutely stunning, especially at sunset. The front patio is a lovely spot to enjoy your morning coffee with a serene atmosphere and nearby attractions just a hop away.
The rooms really need a deep clean and better maintenance.

The room was spacious and clean, but it reeked of dog odor, probably from previous guests. Check-in was awkward; the front desk staff barely acknowledged me and seemed annoyed by simple questions. The area felt unsafe—garbage smell outside and suspicious people near a vacant building. Breakfast was surprisingly good, though it could've been better stocked. The pool was freezing, and the staff's rudeness was a real letdown throughout my stay. The facilities were nice, but the service seriously dragged down the experience. It felt like we were invisible.

clean room, spacious room with a comfortable bed and a convenient recessed entry space that made it easy to bring in our luggage.
Everything met my expectations.

The room was clean and the beds comfortable, providing a decent place to rest. the noise from outside traffic was disruptive throughout the night. Temperature control was adequate, but the shower had visible wear, with broken fixtures and mildew present. The bathroom cleanliness left some areas, like above the sink, neglected. The lack of toilet paper was also a downside. Breakfast was enjoyable, with strong coffee and a dedicated staff member keeping the area tidy. the frozen burritos were concerning with their thawed state. the room could greatly benefit from updates and better attention to detail.

The hotel was fantastic in regards to getting to downtown Chattanooga and Lookout Mountain with many attractions like Ruby Falls just a short drive away and the Tennessee Aquarium only about a 7-minute drive while also being very close to a nice dog park that was perfect for stretching my pup's legs after a long trip and the room was great with comfy beds and a clean lobby but the breakfast could definitely use some improvement since the eggs were not the best.

Good location and convenient parking; Wi-Fi was slow and breakfast options were lacking.

The location is convenient, with easy access to the highway and nearby attractions. The modern aesthetic is appealing, and the room was generally clean with comfortable beds. there are significant drawbacks that cannot be ignored. The bathroom door was problematic, and noise from above was intrusive. Staff interactions were lacking professionalism, and I received no helpful information during check-in. While the idea of selling pillows is clever, cleanliness is paramount. I noticed multiple areas requiring deeper attention; A focus on staff training and rigorous housekeeping protocols could elevate this experience.

The ironing facilities came in handy as we needed to freshen up some of our clothes which were wrinkled from travel. The heating and air conditioning worked well, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. The tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch, allowing us to enjoy a hot beverage in the morning before heading out. there were a few areas that could use improvement. The sitting area in the room was a bit cramped, making it difficult for both of us to relax comfortably. the in-room sink had some issues with drainage, which was a bit inconvenient. The bathroom telephone seemed outdated and unnecessary, taking up space without much use.

From biking along the scenic river to rock climbing at lookout point, Chattanooga was the ultimate vibe for our squad. The hotel’s chill vibe and pet-friendly policy made our adventure even more epic.
Would love to see a happening rooftop bar or lounge for some late-night fun with friends.

Don't miss the Tennessee Aquarium nearby, a real gem!
I loved sitting in my room for breakfast due to construction workers occupying the dining room. Who wouldn't want that ambiance?

Convenience to attractions and nice exterior. Loved how close it was to lookout mountain, ruby falls, and rock city. Lots of restaurants nearby, which was convenient.
Room cleanliness and maintenance lacking. Stained bed sheets and worn-out furniture.

We had a blast exploring the lush trails and rock climbing spots around the charming city by the river. The kids loved biking through the greenery, while my wife and I enjoyed the stunning views on our hikes. A perfect outdoor adventure for all ages!
For dads it would be great to have more kid-friendly breakfast options.

The room was spacious and comfy. We loved having breakfast available every morning. The location was super convenient, just minutes away from attractions like Ruby Falls and Lookout Mountain. It was quiet and felt safe. The cleanliness of the hallways, elevator, and lobby was on point. Walking into the room, it smelled fresh and clean, making us feel at ease.
The hotel next door with the bulk fuel operation made for a noisy night with trucks revving up. The cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, as we found dog kibble on the floor.

the beds were comfortable and the hotel is close to all the sightseeing places we wanted to explore. the price was just right, and the front desk staff were very accommodating, switching our room without any hassle when needed.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 🌟
